This weekend I got Amanda in the studio – thank you Amanda! Who was very cool about everything I wanted to try. (And that is so important! When you’re shooting someone who can’t wait to leave, it’s a lot of pressure and harder to try new things and learn new things)

I am really beginning to like this studio thing. Especially when it’s 20 degrees outside! It’s also a different way of shooting, in where im used to “catching” the shot, in the studio you have more room and time to “create” the shot, not only in setting up the background, props, etc, but working on posing and composition. I have to say im still not there yet. I was still in rapid fire mode in a way because I ended up with a LOT of images. That’s not a bad thing, just makes it harder to rate them and choose the best.

Anyway, Amanda was so awesome to let me suck up her afternoon, changing setups, outfits, etc. I have tons of great images to go through, but here are some of my first edits. I’m VERY happy with them!
