I photographed some more Christmas cookies tonight. Nothing elaborate, just a really quick set-up with my mini-apollo softbox. Hopefully if I create another cookbook one of these days, Ill be able to use all my own images, instead of photos I hunted on the web.
Anyway, the chocolate biscotti were made by Laura – they just look like they’re begging for milk! The regular biscotti are one of grandmom’s winners. Everyone drools over them every time she makes them. (You know you’re good when you can make a cookie that bodybuilder extraordinaire (dad) would even eat! And the others are Mom’s oatmeal lace cookies, a yearly holiday favorite. Yum…
