Worldwide Photo Walk was a Blast! Uncategorized - August 25, 2008

I’ll tell ya, Scott Kelby really nailed it with this Photowalk that took place yesterday. I mean, who else could organize such an event?

Yesterday (sat) over 8,000 people around the world took part in photo walks held in their cities’. We’re talking like 250 countries. One person runs each walk, and photogs sign up for the one that interests them. I took part in the NYC, Chinatown walk and had an absolute blast. I met some really great people and got some nice shots too! The walk went from Chinatown to Little Italy, through Nolita and ended up at Firefly bar and lounge.

There’s really nothing like hanging out with other photographers. We’re all passionate about the same thing, point out potential shots to each other, and of course, talk about gear!

What an excellent prelude to Photoshop World! (only 9 days away!)
